Rhosneigr to Puffin Island

Two days spent exploring the coastline from Rhosneigr south to Abermenai Point and then the length of the Strait to Puffin Island.
Broken cloud gradually gave way to brilliant blue skies during the course of the afternoon as we followed the craggy headlands and alternate sandy bays...
Idyllic paddling all the way to Llanddwyn Island with its imposing tower and intricate skerries.
The pines of Newborough Forest.
A hazy and gentle end to an idyllic day's paddling, at Abermenai Point.
Still conditions the next morning heading up the Menai Strait
Avoiding a collision was not difficult but equally, causing one would not have proved particularly difficult either...
...reaching Puffin Island eventually, happily the only collisions were with the residents...
...who were equally happy to pose for the odd picture.
Some 60km later, we took out at Trwyn y Penrhyn, tired but happy to have completed the last section of the Anglesey coast I had previously not paddled.
